Meeting planners seeking an intimate venue that offers the convenience and professionalism of a hotel environment with individualized attention and service will be delighted by the meeting space at Hilton New York Fashion District. Catered by Rare Bar & Grill and designed by Glen Coben, our space is perfect for smaller meetings and events for up to 65 attendees.
The Boardroom, an intimate design-themed space with oversized leather armchairs and 60” plasma television and conference phone built in offers speakers immediate access with complimentary WIFI and free local calls. This room is perfect for full day meetings of six to ten people, with ample space for food and beverage service right in the room.
Our Conference Room is 900 square feet, with flexibility for meetings up to 40 people, or food and beverage events up to 65. Well lit, with 60" plasma television and conference phone build in, this room also offers speakers immediate access with complimentary WIFI and free local calls. Set privately on its own level, this room offers no distractions. Full day meetings may opt to eat in the room, or arrange for private dining in the semi-private Captain’s Room of Rare Bar & Grill.
The Captain’s Room of Rare Bar & Grill set above the main dining room level, with a bird’s eye view of the restaurant crowd, is a semi-private dining room equipped with a 90" plasma television and build in banquets. The Captain’s Room is perfect for semi-private luncheons or special celebratory receptions; moving easily between corporate and social gatherings. Well lit, with high ceilings, and bright, cheerful décor, this room is appropriate for 15 to 65 attendees. Satellite bars, custom menus, elaborate buffets, or formal dining, this space has excellent flexibility.
Also available for special functions is the crown jewel of Hilton New York Fashion District, Rare View. Recently opened to vast media attention and neighborhood interest, our Urban Treehouse set above the 22nd floor of the hotel, has 360° views of Chelsea, Midtown and lower Manhattan. With a vibrant lounge setting, comfy oversized wicker seating, lush greenery and flexible seating, this location is open year round. With refreshing cocktails to escape the heat of Summer or a toast during a Winter snowfall, Rare View Chelsea has inspired drink menus, attentive staff, and flexible private event options for your most creative needs.
